How to register as a dealer
This illustrated guide shows you, step by step, how to apply for a dealer account in our online shop.
Prepare your details
Have your full legal business name, business address and business email address ready. For automatic dealer assignment in Germany or another EU country, you need your VAT identification number with its country prefix. German numbers begin with “DE”. Do not enter an ordinary national tax number in the VAT ID field. Businesses outside the EU are reviewed manually after registration.
Open the registration form
Open the shop, select the person icon at the top and choose “Create customer account”. Dealers use the same registration form. If you already have an account, sign in to that account instead of registering again.
Enter your contact and company details
Enter the contact person’s first and last name and email address. Repeat the email address in the confirmation field. In the “Company” field, enter the full legal business name. It must match the tax identifier you provide.
Enter your VAT ID if applicable
If your business is based in Germany or another EU country, enter its VAT ID including the country prefix in the “VAT ID” field. Select the matching country in the address section. The shop checks the number online. Without a positive result, the account is not automatically assigned to a dealer group. Businesses outside the EU should leave the VAT ID field empty and enter their actual business address and country.
Add your business address and password
Complete the business address and all required fields. Choose a password and repeat it in the field below.
Review and submit your registration
Check your company name, address and VAT ID, if applicable. Read the privacy notice and select “Save”. If you see an error message, correct the highlighted fields and save again. A valid VAT ID assigns the account automatically to “Dealers Germany” or “Dealers EU”. The number must belong to your company; the online check confirms only that it is valid.
For businesses outside the EU: Your account is initially treated as a standard retail customer account. Our shop administration team is automatically notified of your registration. A staff member reviews your company details and decides whether your business may order from us as a dealer. Only after approval will your account be moved to the “Dealers” customer group, allowing you to order at dealer terms through the online shop.
