How to register as a retail customer
This illustrated guide shows you, step by step, how to create a customer account in our online shop.
Open the account menu
Visit www.der-materialspezialist.com. Select the person icon near the top of the page. On a mobile phone, it may be inside the menu.
Choose to create an account
Select “Create customer account” in the account menu. If you already have an account, sign in with your email address and password instead. Guest checkout is currently also available, but it does not create a permanent customer account.
Enter your personal details
Enter your first name, last name and email address. Enter the email address a second time to confirm it, and complete the other required fields. As a retail customer, leave “Company” and “VAT ID” empty.
Add your address and password
Enter your street and building number, postal code, city and country. Choose a password and repeat it in the field below. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional.
Complete your registration
Check your details, read the privacy notice and select “Save”. You can then sign in using your email address and password. If an error message appears, correct the highlighted fields and save again.
